Our Dealer Development Managers (DDM) specialize in working FOR our customers rather than simply selling something TO them. This effort is backed by Monroe Equipment's management philosophy of empowerment, which states, "We will back whatever decision you deem appropriate as long as it is in the best interest of the Customer".

Through on-going training, each DDM is adept in the latest methods of HVAC and business skills. The strategic location of each DDM allows for full service to any HVAC contractor throughout the entire state of Wisconsin.
